What's New at The Authority? Upper Deerfield BOE  The Seabrook School Pre-K Expansion project has been progressing well. All footings, foundations and under-slab utilities have been installed and inspected. MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY. (October 10, 2025)  –The Authority hosted its 33 rd Annual Waterways Cleanup, sponsored by the Cumberland County Clean Communities Program. The cleanup took place on Saturday, September 27.
