What's New at The Authority? Upper Deerfield BOE  The Seabrook School Pre-K expansion is progressing as planned. The concrete building pad was poured in early November and the masons have been working hard to get exterior and bearing walls installed. All footings, foundations and under-slab utilities have been installed and inspected. Next up, is the building pad concrete pour of more than 200 CY of concrete, marking a pivotal point in construction. MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY. (October 10, 2025)  –The Authority hosted its 33 rd Annual Waterways Cleanup, sponsored by the Cumberland County Clean Communities Program. The cleanup took place on Saturday, September 27. The Waterways Cleanup was held in conjunction with the annual Ocean Conservancy’s International Coastal Cleanup (ICC), hosted by the New Jersey Clean Communities Council.
