What's New at The Authority? Landfill Administrative Building Construction continues for the expansion of The Authority’s existing Administration Building at the Solid Waste Complex. This project includes office renovations and upgrades to the locker rooms and lunchroom. The contractors are currently working on the framing of the building. MILLVILLE, NEW JERSEY. (November 26, 2024)  –   The Authority is proud to announce its 2 nd  Annual Christmas Tree Drop-Off Program, administered by the Cumberland County Recycling and Clean Communities Program, in partnership with Deerfield Acres Farm. Beginning December 26,   Cumberland County residents will have the opportunity to drop off their unwanted Christmas trees for FREE . All Christmas trees will be donated to the animals at Deerfield Acres Farm in Millville, NJ.
